Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Period:

The contest will be open for submissions for 10 days starting from 11/29/2023 and ending on 12/12/2023. The winner will be selected and notified within 5 days of the contest’s closure. The announcement will also be made on our Instagram page [@gazemarketing].

2. Eligibility:

‍The contest is open to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and other hospitality business owners/operators in the state of Colorado. Participants must own or operate a business in this sector to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

‍ Participants can enter the contest in three ways:

• Through the official contest form on our website.
• Via the official contest form on the Meta Ads platform.
• A bonus entry is available for those who follow us on social media and have filled out the website form. Each business is limited to one entry per method (website and Meta Ads form). Participants must provide their name, email, phone number, and business name to enter.
• Entries are limited to one per a business. Multiple entries will not be accepted from multiple business agents ie: employees, second owners, etc.

4. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries.

5. Prize:

‍The winner will receive a 2-hour photo shoot on site at their business location, which includes:

• Up to 50 images of up to 10 individual food/beverage items.
• Optional modeling services provided by us.
• A standard gear package for the shoot. Additional services and equipment are available for an extra fee. High-resolution digital images will be delivered within 20 days of the photo shoot, with full usage rights.

6. Data Privacy:

‍Participant information will be stored internally and not sold to third parties. All non-winning entrants may be contacted by a Gaze Productions sales representative for potential business opportunities, without being added to any automated call or email lists.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize:

‍The (1) winner will be notified by phone and email. They must acknowledge the prize and communicate with our team. The photo shoot must be claimed and scheduled by December 31, 2024. The scheduling is subject to our availability. Rescheduling is permitted once within 48 hours of the shoot date for free. Subsequent rescheduling incurs a $150 fee. The prize is non-transferable.

8. Disputes and Complaints:

‍ Any disputes or complaints must be submitted in writing to info@gazeproductions.com and will be addressed directly by Joe Diaz, the owner of Gaze Productions.

9. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Gaze Productions reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.
